The Vine

David Bromley is Brit born artist who has embraced a lark of a career in painting Boy's Own Adventure tableaux and dreams. He takes his brushing with a painterly vigor while all the while taking inspiration from the best of pop culture - both contemporary and nostalgic. The sentiment and emotionally charged world of teenage kicks is Bromley's playground.  He loves "...the adolescent world where I feel the magnitude of what life holds for us is at its most potent." Most recently he has embarked upon a sensual journey exploring the female nude captured boldly and brightly with black outlines and embellished with metallic paint and leaf. And while collecting a Bromley painting might be out of the league of many, he is launching a new collectible book which is designed and presented in the most tactile and wanting way.

Children’s – Volume 1 and Nudes – Volume 2 are an exploration of David’s highly coveted subjects. World’s - Volume 3 has been beautifully shot by Earl Carter and is the link between Children’s, Nudes and the objects David Bromley collects. It is a private, yet not too invasive look at Bromley’s family and friends who have certainly shaped and influenced his collections. A Limited Edition format of the books will also be available where each book comes in an individually hand crafted book case which has been hand painted and signed all contained within an impeccably crafted leather satchel. A limited edition print will also be included in this Limited Edition format.
